Meridian Group, UK launched a new model Fly MX300 — another addition to the family of slim phones.

Fly phones have always had 3 special characteristics: style, convenience and features. Meridian Group adheres to these principles in the new clamshell MX 300. The strict body shape of the model intrigues — the maximum of capabilities for external function’s direction: you can have MP3 player, video, camera without opening the cover of the handset.

It won’t be an exaggeration tovsay that the most designing element of the model is its frame material. The exterior of the handset becomes more original and attractive because of the combination of high-quality plastic and rubber that also protects it from scratches, dirty finger-marks, and different liquids. There are two varieties of frame color: classic black and stylish titanic, and soon pink color will appear for the beautiful girls specially.

For pictures and videos MX300 provides a built-in 1.3 megapixel camera (1280x1024) armed with a flash and conditions of multishooting. The handset supports up to video-formats MPEG4, AAC, 3GP (max resolution of 176x144 pixels), and M4A. For music lovers: MP3 player is capable to support up to formats MIDI, iMelody, WAV, MP3.

Autodial, call waiting, phonebook for 300 contacts with 6 lines for information to each number, photo ID. Stop watch, world time, calculator and other services are widely presented. Java-games. The phone also allows to send and receive SMS, EMS, MMS.

New MX300 provides possibilities for working with internet: WAP 2.0, GPRS class 8, GPRS-modem, PC sync via USB, Bluetooth 1.2, IRDA etc.

In general, this model provides all modern mobile services. And the weight is only 72 g.

Fly designers consider the subject of cellphone frame materials is not closed yet.
