Fly announced gaming DUAL SIM Fly G1 barphone
Fly presents the first DUAL SIM gaming mobile phone - Fly G1. The novelty is positioned as a phone for gaming and is targeted at younger audience. Fly G1 can work as a gaming device for PC (Windows OS) computer games by means of special gaming software pre-installed by the manufacturer. Fly G1 is delivered as a barphone in metallic body designed to protect the phone in case it falls down. The phone’s dimensions are rather compact – 112 x 49.5mm and its weight is 124g.The battery can hold charge up to 3.5 hours in online mode and 240 hours in offline mode.
Fly G1 offers a wide range of multimedia features. A 2.4-inch display (262 000 colors, 240x320 pixels) allows to enjoy installed games and websurfing. Fly G1 is equipped with embedded photo and video camera. Audio and videoplayers support popular formats. The novelty is also equipped with FM-tuner with recording function. Fly G1 connectivity features E-mail client, WAP and GPRS modem and also Bluetooth. Multimedia content can be easily stored on microSD memory cards up to 16 GB.
Fly G1 can offer all conventional services - SMS, EMS and MMS, standard organizer, a 500-number phone book with additional DUALSIM memory. It is possible to assign custom ringtones to any phone contact; polyphonic tunes can be downloaded via Internet. Fly G1 kit also contains a CD with games.
The novelty is designed as a gaming device in order to provide customers various gaming opportunities. In other words, the phone will connect to PC via Bluetooth adaptor. Thus, while playing games the phone will work as HID device. A built-in movement sensor allows locating the position of the phone in the space.
During the game the phone can change its position from vertical to horizontal.
Standard buttons are used for running game characters, as illustrated below:
Buttons: “A” button corresponds to “switch on” button, “B” button corresponds to “call” button, “C” button corresponds to “OK” button.
Games in the kit: badminton, tennis, 2 types of bowling and sports competitions.
Fly G1 will hit the mobile store shelves in the beginning of September, its recommended price is 4 190 Rubles.

Fly MX200 — slim style of a big city
In 2004 Fly brand begun a new trend in a mobile fashion by creating the first slim phone. Differentiating itself in the direction of ultra-slim models, the owner of Fly trademark Meridian Group company introduced in Russia and CIS markets a new clamshell phone named Fly MÕ200 in February 2006.
